I'm a little confused... he's not objecting Kovalev using VADA... he just doesn't want to pay for it... even though it's less than 1/4th the price.

What is the place he wants to use?

It is kinda confusing. He'd rather pay more money to use the Canadian or some other foreign country agency. They likely take 2-3 times more samples more often than VADA, which explains the higher cost. But $35K is still a lot, what's his purse I wonder?

That's exactly what's going. As I said from the beginning it's a sign of mental weakness. He knows what's going to happen in that Kovalev fight, he's going to show up and get rag dolled by the bigger, stronger and more skilled fighter and get blown out to the point where his career is going to jeopardy.

In his mind he lost the fight, but he wants to accuse Kovalev of taking PED's, to build up an excuse.

I guarantee after the fight, once he spends his two days in the Hospital from the beating, he'll go on twitter and say something along the lines of "at least I was clean".

This is what happens when people don't do their homework.

Heredia states right there in that article that Pascal is not going to be involved with USADA. Then on top of that, we know for a fact that Marquez never tested with USADA or VADA. He got random drug tested through NSAC. Brandon Rios also never tested with USADA, he got randomly tested through VADA. And that was after Rios fired Heredia, and then hired Ariza to replace him. Again, none of Heredia's fighters have tested with USADA or VADA. This is a fact.
