    Sources close to the situation have advised BoxingScene.com that "serious negotiations" are ongoing for an April 11th fight between WBO middleweight champion Andy Lee (34-2, 24KOs) and the man who vacated the crown, Peter Quillin (31-0, 22KOs).

    If a deal gets finalized, the fight would be paired with Danny Garcia vs. Lamont Peterson, who collide in a 143-pound catch-weight fight. NBC would televise both fights as part of Al Haymon's new boxing series, Premier Boxing Champions.

                      You have two champions at JWW not fighting for their titles and are also fighting at catchweight. On that same card you have a guy who gave up his title to avoid his mandatory. A year later, he gets a title shot because someone beat the guy he was afraid to fight.

                      The Al Haymon way, nothing has changed. If you ask me he seems to think that he can't build a star on HBO or Showtime it's the networks fault and not his lol.

                              Lee should say "fk you pay me!". I understand some fans love to talk about how it's a business and all that jazz but this "buy me a belt" ishhht is getting ridiculous. If this gets signed I hope Andy Lee drops that right hand hammer on Quillin and puts an end to his bullshhh career.

                                      Honestly I don't even want to see Quillin fight again. May God bless him.
