Easily. The only way Lee has that title is because Chiquillen vacated to not fight Korobov. He also turned down 2 million in the process. Now, he's fighting for the title he gave up because the guy he ducked loss. And, instead of getting 2 million and being the main event he's on the undercard making about a a third of what he could have defending his title.
