Cotto already had that in place before leaving Top Rank. He left Top Rank purely for financial reasons because he had ****ty terms with his contract. It is not a reach, it is a fact and Cotto already confirmed it himself with his own mouth. I'll believe Cotto's mouth before I believe yours.
