People can hate all they want the fact of the matter is Manny is the B-side and he has no say so. Oscar did this for years including with Floyd making all the decisions being the A-side it's nothing new!! Arum is trying to pinch whatever he can out of Manny for himself. Floyd can have a trillion dollars being a legend is not paying your bills when you retire. Bill Gates still is working!! Arum needs to move and let them fight! Only thing Ive faulted Pacquiao for has not being more aggressive with Arum. I dont think he has any input on who he fights but that is irrelevant if Arum himself is saying he wants to make the fight (and if you believe him is trying to make the fight)

Arum and pac have been very specific in saying they agreed to the terms floyd's team sent to them!

Pac and arum specifically said they agreed to 60/40 split, drug testing, date, and other things.

I thought the hold up was based on who will rebroadcast the fight?
Floyd's complaint seems to be about the split again.

Both Pac and Arum seem to be on the same page. They both have stated that they agreed to Floyd's terms and are just waiting on Floyd now.

I think many of you are missing the point made in the article, and are formulating thoughts and or theories based on prejudice.

The factual statement is that Pac can agree to anything and everything, but it is Arum that has the final say as to what happens on Team Pac. Therefore, it doesn't matter what Pac states -- It only matters what Arum states and actually does. That point made by Floyd is accurate and true.

Furthermore, I do believe that Floyd's contract is such, that he can walk at any time (Someone correct me with facts if possible) so, its not like he's bound to do anything that Showtime, Mooves or anyone else wants him to do. In essense his situation is much different than the Promotional contract that Pac is bound by with TR.

That aside, I would like for this fight to get made so that we can finally put all this X-tard nonsense to rest.

You are 100% correct. His deal is such that he can walk away, he doesn't HAVE to fight. He could have effectively retired already.

But yes, a lot don't seem to understand the difference and point he was making. They even ignored the fact that Mayweather clearly said it's not Pacquaio's fault! Imagine that! He clearly said Pacquaio isn't at fault here, that it's really Top Rank. But of course, that went over people's heads here.

If in fact Pac agreed to a 60/40 split along with random OSDT and all the other marketing/promotional things that benefit Floyd such as his name being first/bigger on the advertisement than Pac's, etc. If Floyd isn't happy with that then its quite obvious he doesn't want the fight. What more does he want? 20oz gloves and Pac cant throw straight lefts?
