I've only seen one Hamed fight and that was his ko win against Kevin Kelley. It was a very solid scrap. He had power but bad balance.Even after the MAB loss I think he could have bounced back and made some noise but I guess he took the loss too hard fought one more time and retired never to be heard from again except for false rumors of a comeback.

i think the question fall a little short, its should be

          how great was Hamed??

IMHO, there is no denying the prince was good, exciting and has power, and at least dominated the FW for a short time, beating world titlist and challengers after another ...

now how great was Hamed? my answer, not really sure, he faced only one p4p fighter in MAB and failed miserably, his only loss ... then after did not have the will or heart to comeback figthing ...

I think he started to become a joke after the Robinson win, he just got worse and worse really. If he kept up his insane training (he trained multiple times every single day of the year 1994, at alsorts of hours) then he could of been the best ever - I really believe that.

But after his insane world title win against Robinson, where he just completely humiliated the champion while showing seven or eight different ways of fighting (orthodox, southpaw, square-on, side-on, front foot, back foot, switch-hitting), he took his foot off the pedal and got really complacent with training. He just relied on his power more and more, after the Robinson win (still the best of his career due to the sheer dominance).

Very entertaining but his defence was a joke, he was lucky to have beaten Medina and Kelly. Barrera was streets ahead of him.
