        Going into the fight manager said Stiverne cerebral last of fighters with a plan set guys up method to each move Stiverne said he was in best shape of career do to staying in camp until def date picked now was not 100% and dehydrated after losing easily no integrity anymore losing with dignity

          Stiverne claims he was never even buzzed during the fight just because he was not 100% he ate a few jabs he shouldn't have. A few a few gross maybe. And in the second round hurt about to go down he tackled Wilders legs knocking both down lying mfer.

                  Wow! Believe it or not, Stiverne might have overtrained for the fight. Body fat level is a diet based thing not training, so he can't be judged by his physique. You can train for 2 hours then eat a whole pizza and eliminate the calorie burning benefits from training, but you still gain conditioning. Rhabdomyolysis happens in crossfit and bodybuilding mostly and it can take months to recover sometimes. When training, rest and recovery are just as important as the workout.
