You go on the IBF website and see they conviently haven't update it since September. They can fill in whoever the highest bidder is for the rankings. You would expect N'Dam vs Lemieux would be mandated, but who knows? Could be Quillin? I think maybe Haymon doesn't bite, if so I'd love to see the IBF do a tournament with N'Dam, Lemieux, Johnson, and Heiland. Mora doesn't deserve a shot.
