        Quit trying to spin things. You're diva b!tch out on the fight.
        If they met Cotto's demands than why is Penagracio on record after TEAM CANELO broke off negotiations that the purse split wasn't where it needed to be. Gaby has been saying all along, its 40-50 percent done, but the big issue was the purse split. Here's a question for you, if Manny is willing to wait for a decision from Floyd and he's looking to fight in April or June, why isn't Canelo willing to wait until Floyd makes a decision on the Pac fight? It's a waiting game at this point but I guess Canelo needs to announce a fight with Kirkland in January.

          Cotto has a history of being difficult to negotiate with and making ridiculous demands. Oscar and Canelo wanted this fight badly. This is why I believe Arum and Oscar when they say they met Cotto's demands, but like with Margarito 2 and Martinez, Cotto had to continue to be difficult.

          As far as why Canelo couldn't wait, I've answered this question before. Canelo could not afford to continue to wait for Cotto only to see Cotto make a backhand deal with Mayweather. He needed to know if the fight was serious or not. The last thing you want to do if you're Canelo is wait and wait only to get screwed out of a decent opponent. That's how we ended up with Canelo vs Josesito Lopez type fights.

            Hate to break it to you but Canelo doest care what floyd does. You need to get that through your pig brain that floyd doesn't dictate when Canelo fights or any other fighter. Floyd is lucky that Canelo is willing to drop the day if he fights pac and only because of HBO involvement in promoting it

              Cotto>Canelo.

              Cotto 2W-2L in elite comp.

              Canelo 0W-1L in elite comp.

              Cotto= Lineal MW Champ(Beat the "man" to get it, the way its spossed to be done)

              Canelo= No belt

              Canelo is not in ANY position to dictate terms to Cotto. If Cotto's not acting fast enough for his taste, then he should quietly and humbly acquire another opponent and move on. He's not as big as he thinks he is, and if he keeps listening to Oscar, he's gonna find himself on the outside looking in.

                  cotto loses either way.

                  he can either lose to floyd, **** the fans out of pac/may, then retire with a nice pay like a bandit because i dont want to see his ass anymore.

                  or he can lose to canelo, make it interesting, get a good payday and maybe fight him again for immediate rematch then retire.

                  whats cottos other choices?

                      Cotto doesn't lose anything but a belt. He wins big money either way.
