Here's Vitali with Wlad today...2 and a half years after he last fought, still in better shape than most of the heavyweights out there - namely Stiverne and how he looked on the weekend.

Vitali is in surprisingly good shape, given his time away from the ring and new career. He really does put some of the current HWs (Stiverne, Ruiz, Solis et al) to shame

Yeah. But he's always said he actually enjoys living a healthy life - he eats well, still works out, and never really ballooned out of training camps like other fighters do, and then end up fat every time they aren't constantly training. The brothers actually sometimes gain weight during camp, if I recall Manny Steward once saying.

Just true athletes, and an example to kids out there that it pays off to live healthily and take care of your body.

What's up with Vitali's political career? I reckon he might as well come back and take the WBC belt back.

BTW, for anyone interested, the reason why they are diving into icy water is because it's this 'celebration of epiphany' in Ukraine...they say if you dive into icy water today, you will have good health for the rest of the year.
