No one in or around Wlad's weight beats him. It's pretty much as simple as that.

Was a great win for Wilder lastnight, but I don't know if he's ready for wlad...completely different animal. Hes bigger, stronger, better jab, more disciplined and more exp at this level. No doubt wilder is a threat to everyoNE in the HW divison tho. I want to see wilder vs fury, povetkin, or maybe even pulev first before wlad.

Nice try at trying to make Wlad look bad. But it was Jennings who announced that the fight was finalized because the problems were on his end.

If Wilder fight him in America with a good ref that abides by the rules of boxing, it's very plausible scenario for wlad to lose to Wilder. I didn't even Povetkin a chance before I saw that fight but he had the chin and the skill to take him out. That's why your boy wladdy went all affectionate on him. If I'm Wilder, I would not fight that guy in Germany or anywhere in E. Europe.

Wilder is actually believing his own hype lol. He should be fined just for claiming he has an IQ at all!. What is really sad is that Stiverne was his toughest fight but Stiverne fought a **** fight! I wouldn't be surprised if he was payed off to make Wilder look good like Guererro did against Mayweather. To just stand there with your guard up taking punishment and barely throwing any punches?? I want Wilder to get fight Wlad and get wrecked and put to sleep. If he really was confident he would go straight for Wlad instead of Fury.

Wilder has a chance. I can't believe I'm saying that, because he still isn't that good right now, but his strengths match up with Wlad's weaknesses.
                I agree with this^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
First one to land a clean power shot to the head and fights over. If Stevern didn't have a granite chin that fight would have been over early. Wlads chin doesn't hold up to those punches.

The same analogy can be said of Wilder. Wlad hits a lot harder than Sconiers who had Wilder in big trouble. Sconiers did to Wilder what Stiverne a clearly harder puncher could not do. But Wilder proved himself last night and showed many solid areas of his game and to be worthy of a shot at Wlad and could be a serious threat. The same can be said for boxers who hold up to the punches of huge punchers and then get knocked out by guys who were not known as big punchers. Every fight offers a different set of dynamics that go against a perceptible weakness. Like those who said if Merroquin could hurt Rigo, Donaire destroys him with one left hook. Boxing is the theater of the unexpected.

The holding aside what gave you the impression that Povetkin was ever in that fight?

i mean, how can you be in any fight if you can't even have your hands free to throw punches. And he was in it because he went on the attack and had wlad panicked. I can go on all day about it but wlads supporters always try to say he doesn't hold of downplay the difference it makes in the fight
