Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder: Fury First, Then Wladimir Klitschko

From a Klitschko fan point of view,it is frustrating Fury and Wilder could be set to avoid the champ, his two most credible opponents having cleared out the rest of the division.
In the short term it isn't going to be great from my point of view,Wilder is potentially taking credible opposition away from Wlad like his brother did I suppose, but in the long term it will create a more meaningful deserving opponent.
I'd love to see Wlad vs the titlist, but I suppose it can wait.itll create and generate more hype for the match up down the line with Wilder being a titlist now, with Jennings Klitschko set for HBO it'll give Wlad the exposure he needs to entrap Wilder, although I suspect Haymon puts it off as long as possible as Adonis is doing with Krusher.
Hoepfully Wilder can keep ahold of the belt,as many forsaw the belt is exchanging hands now Vitali has relinquished his grip on the title.Fury vs Wilder and Wlad vs Jennings aren't bad match ups,I suppose it is better than seeing Fury and Jennings shelved and the champs going at it right off.a shame as I was looking forward to Fury getting his due.Comment

I think Wilder vs Fury is the best fight the heavyweight division can have right now. The build up would be great with some great trash talking and would grab a lot of casuals attention. Plus the winner will have deserved his shot at Wlad and will be coming off a big fight so it won't be anyone freezing in the spotlight vs Wlad.
I'm rooting for Wilder regardless, but would feel more confident that he's ready for the big showdown vs Wlad if I saw him beat Fury first.Comment

I disagree with your opinion on this, and although it remains to be seen, I do believe that Deontay will school Fury; however, I do not want the Wilder/Fury fight to be held in Great Britain, and since Wilder holds the title, he should have the say as to where the fight takes place and not Fury.Comment

Wilder will not travel to fight on any Hearn or Warren card, and rightly so.only dudes desperate for a payday have been snared in those entrapments.I disagree with your opinion on this, and although it remains to be seen, I do believe that Deontay will school Fury; however, I do not want the Wilder/Fury fight to be held in Great Britain, and since Wilder holds the title, he should have the say as to where the fight takes place and not Fury.
Some of the robberies ive seen and witnessed in the UK make German officials look like saints.thst said some Haymon cards have been beyond dubious.Comment

I honestly don't see Wlad fighting EITHER of these dudes (he was eager as hell to fight short ass Stiverne for the belt), mainly because he's not doing any drug testing......plus he doesn't want to share the dough. Also, I know BOTH of them saw that jab. If Wilder sets either of them up and follows with the straight right hand it's over.Comment

Jennings is not ready Klits, with the visa problems I see Wilder fighting people like Derek Chisora, Chris Arreola, or Eric Molina nextI honestly don't see Wlad fighting EITHER of these dudes (he was eager as hell to fight short ass Stiverne for the belt), mainly because he's not doing any drug testing......plus he doesn't want to share the dough. Lol biased much? It doesn't matter who has the belt, Wlad is way, way, way the A side chief. And to suggest that Wlad is somehow avoiding competition the fight after destroying his #1 contender is flat ******. You should follow a sport you know something about. Maybe basketball or something along those lines.I honestly don't see Wlad fighting EITHER of these dudes (he was eager as hell to fight short ass Stiverne for the belt), mainly because he's not doing any drug testing......plus he doesn't want to share the dough.
