it's just logic & common sense........if you take 50 6'8 young strong NBA players and actually groom them for boxing (over the course of years) the entire heavyweight division would be a lot more interesting then its ever been in the last 20 years..........i don't see whats so shocking about it.

You could take 50 random young strong guys off the street, groom them to be boxers and the division would look different.

You could take some random big strong guys from any sport in any country in the world and again, same thing.

You guys think this is a really clever argument and your motive isn't painfully obvious...? duhhhh

George Foreman and a plethora of other fighters quit football when they were young to concentrate on boxing, this isn't some new phenomenon.

The reason the US was run out of boxing is because the rest of the world exists. When you have to fight the rest of the world instead of each other, you don't always win.
