What is weird is he had the nerve to call Shawn Porter out as a suspect too, yet when Shawn and his pops confronted himm he started back tracking, Shawns pops told him well why didnt you agree to vada testing we got tested but you didnt.

Shawn and Nonito donaire both did testing for fights while their opponent didnt, I mean how can Paulie even call anyone suspect this dude is a clown
