Correct. The deal is not the same as showtime. TR is still on the hook for manny's guarantees where showtime is on the hook for mayweather's guarantees. But both are completely exclusive.

does it matter? everyone on pacs team have said they agreed to all the terms from floyds team, nobody has challenged those statements. floyds team can easily say they also agreed to all the terms and then let the broadcasters settle their own terms. for some reason the p4p twitter champ is keeping quiet on this one.
