    Guru predicts a Toney Victory

The guru considers this a pretty easy fight to predict. Rahman hasnt had a good performance against a quality opponent in about 100 years.

Losses to oldlyfield and ruiz + horrible outings over al cole and monte barrett + the BUMS of the month rock has been fighting = rahman shouldnt even be fighting for the title. Seriously, brock has a win over mccline, wlad has a win over peter, valuev beat ruiz, byrd has been champ for a while now, they all should be fighting toney for the title instead of rock.

Is rock gonna outbox toney? NO. Can he jab and right hand toney to death like he did tua? no, toney is too skilled for that. Can rock outmuscle and work toney over on the inside, using his size and strength? Yes he can, but he won't cause thats not his style. Rock isnt pressure fighter that throws alot of punches like that.
I just dont see a realistic scenario that rock wins.

Now I will agree with those that say toney is a blown up middleweight and hasn't fought anyone great at heavey yet. Ruiz and guinn arent the greatest names to have on a short heavywieght resume. But still ruiz is better than the CANS that rock has been fighting for the last 3-4 years.

And the difference in skill level here is ridiculous. Toney is a master boxer, while rock is below average in terms of skills. Anyone remember how rock defended him against lewis in the rematch????? By sticking both his hands straight out like he was gonna hug lewis. That effective technique got him KTFO. Rock has no left hook, no counter punching ability, little movement, and average defence(at best). Rock is a jab-right hand robot, thats it(ironicly thats the very thing he accused VK of being).

And moreover, a James Toney who did not train at all, a la the ruiz fight, would still win this fight.

      Rahman is worse than Ruiz.
