    After making his "Grand Arrival" to the MGM Hotel & Casino on Monday, WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz (28-0) met with a small group of reporters to talk about his upcoming fight against Jesus Ruiz that takes place on Saturday. The fight will serve as the co-featured bout to the Bermane Stiverne-Deontay Wilder main event and will be televised by Showtime.

        Indeed he can. He will avoid any major contender and make it up all the way to 140 with out any significant fight.

        His ppl think just having an entertaining swarming style is going to fill the seats

          Who gives a damm about this guy, fight dishwashers and plumers. I used to like this guys, now his joke a joke. Quillen ,stevenson, lsc, and before danny garcia are joke of champions.

            He should fight somebody of note before thinking of going that high.

            Other fighters like Donaire and Hamed said the same thing of reaching much higher weights and as they went up the understood that it is not that easy.

            There are weight classes for a reason

                    SMH... AGAIN! Fighters talking about how far they're going to rise in weight, when they've yet to really even have a significant, signature win in THEIR OWN DIVISION!

                    Now Terrazas is a solid, good little boxer-puncher,but Santa Cruz has yet to be a true world-class opponent yet at 122, and this dude talking about rising to 140?

                    How about focusing on the to guys in your own division, first, homey.
