Keep in mind that the same person asking for a tweet is the same person who just said that he believes there is a Showtime conspiracy (execs included) to make Showtime take the fall for Mayweather ducking. In other words, it'll always be Floyd's fault, even if a tin foil hat conspiracy must be invented.

You can't make this stuff up.

Because mayweather has two fights left on his contract. Pacquiao only represents one of those fights. Both those fights need to be profitable. So secure paq for September and secure cotto for may. $$$$. Rather savey business ice if u ask me. Don't you think

        .

He's no required to "tweet" that he's agreed to negotiations. Hell, it's already been reported that he's agreed. And that the Networks bickering is what's holding it up.

Mayweather isn't required to "tweet" anything. That's just silly.

Like I stated yesterday.....He went from saying Pac wont even get the original $40mil and it wont happen unless Arum steps off, to being cool with Arum being involved and offering Pac what amounts to double the $40mil? Haha.. Cmon fanboys. Take the blinders off. Floyd knows that somehow this fight will get sabotaged behind the scenes and verbally agreed to those terms because he knew the fight wont materialize and can say he did his best to make it happen.

Its a theory and its shaping up to have some validity to it. I hope it happens but I have my doubts.

They don't know what they believe.

Haymon reaching out to Cotto's people means they don't want the fight. Pacquiao's team saying they have a solid back-up opponent? Uhh, ignore that.

Moonves is forcing this fight to happen! Or is it, they're in on Floyd "ducking?"

              Comedy.

Cotto? Been there done that. Floyd fans claim the first fight was a clear win for Floyd, so why would anyone want to see it again? If anything, why not fight Khan then Pac?

Truth is, if Floyd and Haymon don't want this fight to happen then it wont happen regardless if HBO/Showtime is on board.

It took 15 months for them to sort out Lewis v Tyson. This won't be done quickly, I can't see them making May 2nd, they'll want a world tour. I predict a June date.

Neither fighter is ducking here, just because Floyd hasn't 'signed' anything doesn't mean he's ducking. Do you think Showtime would go through this if he hasn't given the green light? All parties have agreed on terms and now waiting for the Networks to sort their differences out.

                    Mid-Feb, I expect the announcement.

Lets see CBS is forcing Floyd to fight because he's cost them to lose so much money(never mind his check is given to him the night of my the fight before any numbers are counted) or is CBS trying to secure the Cotto rematch for Floyd. You can't have both which one is it.
