I'd have to say Steward makes more than them all....simply because he has added income as a trainer.
Although....I'd say Merchant and Lampley get paid more for calling fights.
Merchant and Lampley probably make around $300,000 a year each for all of their activities related with H.B.O.
Steward probably makes around a half mil a year with all of his complete endeavours. Those are just my guess estimates.

Pay
I don't know who gets paid what-but I do know that Jim Lampley and Mr. Steward are gentlemen.
The diminutive Mr. Merchant is another story, however.
A couple of years ago, myself and another boxing writer approached him in Houston at the Juan Diaz - Lakva Sim fight card.
Larry appeared to be on the deck of a ship at high sea, hanging onto the ring apron for support at times.
I will give him the benefit of the doubt saying he was on prescription medication as I did not see him consuming any alcohol, ok?
Mr. Merchant was very confused and unsure of his surroundings that particular evening, and was disoriented.
