Unless you are a professional boxer - which i doubt - it is terrible technique for a top level boxer.

I was gonna say. These guys don't know jack **** about boxing or shadowboxing. I would like to see their video. Bunch of marshmallows commenting in here. Me personally, I get down a lot harder than Mike does. It looks like he's not trying to gas out. I go all out. It looks like Mike Tyson. And I would he willing to prove that with an IG video.
