ALL the talk about Manny Pacquiao agreeing to the terms and conditions reportedly demanded by undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. means nothing, unless the American signs a contract to fight the Filipino eight-division world champion.

Pacquiao’s longtime adviser Michael Koncz told the Manila Standard/Viva Sports that both he and Top Rank promoter Bob Arum have “agreed to all points that were negotiated with Floyd’s representatives. Now, we are just waiting for Floyd to sign a contract.”

Arum = long history of making fights with other promoters, e.g. De La Hoya-Trinidad, Pacquiao-De La Hoya...

Mayweather = long history of making unreasonable demands and ducking the most dangerous opponents, gloves, offering a guy he said 50/50 to $40 mil when he was number 1 pound for pound.. also long history of claiming that he can fight duds and he fans will still buy the fights...

Ariza = says one thing when Manny is paying him but says something else when Floyd is paying him...

Where is the article where Ariza says that ARum and Koncz want to make the fight and he KNEW Floyd would not accept the fight with Manny...

I'd actually either want to know why there is a hold up and if Floyd isn't signing a contract by like Feb 2, then I would move on and never try to negotiate this fight again...

60/40 and that's it..blood testing and super giant MGM Grand ring so Floyd can run...

Nothing else to discuss... Sign or not Floyd...

Otherwise, Floyd can go fight Cotto in a meaningless rematch or fight the guy "nobody knows" Amir Khan...

His legacy still remains blemished...

I agree with this guy because all these writers are saying the same ole BS. Pacroid has agreed to this and that, hell they even went as far to claim they have agreed to allow Pacroid to wear his favorite gloves. Let's be real here for minute, Floyd determines everything in these negotiations and what these writers are putting out isn't the norm from looking at Floyd's previous contractual demands. But the Mayweather haters are so filled with anything they can use to enhance their pathetic hating zza attitudes towards Floyd they'll believe this BS. Sad how these writers are stirring up the fire all for their personal gain. If they have been negotiating I take my hat off to Mayweather and his team for their professional approach to this fight. Pacroid and his team of Rob Arum and buffoons should be banned from the sport by the way they have been going about the negotiations for this fight. All they have been doing is using Floyd's name to promote Pacroid' s BS fights and now they are again using Floyd's name so if the fight doesn't happen they can come back with the ole "Pacroid agreed to something that was never negotiated".....

if your the top of the bill or the A side and everyone wants to fight you then you should be able to make it happen. All roads lead to mayweather. Sign the contract floyd.

Wow! I'm shocked Ronnie Nathanielsz mentioned the name Manny Pacquiao without saying "Fighter of the decade" in front of it!
