According to Manny Pacquiao's adviser, Mike Koncz, they are all-in as it relates to the long-awaited showdown versus Floyd Mayweather.

"We kind of have a gag-agreement," Koncz told BoxingScene.com with a chuckle. "But limited information to be released to the press. We've agreed to all the terms that we've negotiated with Floyd's representatives. So now it's up to Floyd to sign the contract."
