It was actually first brought up in the SI article on Haymon that NBC would have fighter exclusivity - the question is what does exclusivity mean? And Campbell had a follow-up:
Watson on NBC fighter exclusivity: "Al is always looking out for the fighter. If a PPV fight comes up, they are going to get it."

So it just becomes a lovefest because Roy loves himself a guy in every fight and Andre Ward while a really good commentator and the most balanced of them all he just isn't opinionated enough to overcome the other two plus he is the new guy.
No balance anymore on the HBO crew.
