His power has gone nowhere! he's being fighting very durable guys who are extremely difficult to knockout and at welterweight his damage done on opponents is accumulation based.

Under 135 lbs he was a devastating power puncher.

Which fighter is it Pac was supposed to KO but didn't? Rios? Even Tyson would have problems there. Desert storm? Incredible will and heart. Marquez, never been been close to getting KO'd. None of these guys have ever been KO'd. Hatton was bloated anyway and in the words of Freddy "Really wasn't that good!" - So that's already a tell, that he was out of his league.
