the plan was to fire back at team pacquaio for calling floyd out. the plan was to call pac out publicity to make it seem like floyd wants the fight. example: floyd calling pac out during the khan/devon fight.

Pacquiao has been calling him out fir well over a year. He also did the foot locker commercial and directly called him out right after walloping Chris algieri. No one should get excited about this information. Bob Arum has said this same thing before -- claiming that he was waiting on Mayweather, when, in reality, he hadn't spoken to anyone in Mayweather's camp about a fight. Arum also said a few months ago that HBO and Showtime had reached an agreement on broadcating the fight.

Obviously, he was lying. Also, recently, Oscar De La Hoya claimed that all terms for a Cotto/Alvarez fight were agreed to and Alvarez had signed his contract. That was obviously a lie.

Lying Bob is probably lying again. I won't believe anything until I hear it from the Mayweather camp.

Oh please. Pacquiao is conceding to everything because he has NO leverage and has mountains of debt. He's already been forced to sell 1 home, he desperately needs this fight for financial reasons.
