Although there is an ongoing legal battle between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and promotional firm Top Rank, the wheels continue to turn for a March 28th card in Las Vegas, which is reportedly going to be a joint show by Al Haymon's Haymon Boxing and Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Sport.

The main event is going to be a battle between Chavez and IBF/WBA 'regular' champion Carl Froch.

I'm really more intrigued to see how Bobby stops this from happening.

Hopefully Eddy isn't burning bridges by doing this.

If Arum stops this fight he will look really bad. This is a pretty good card so far (Haymons 1st official one), remember Brook may also be on it from a different location. People say Haymon does not want to put his guys in tough fights but he seems to be doing it for this card. After Floyd, Chavez Jr. is his next biggest client.

How can it be a joint show if Haymon isn't a promoter?

Haymon is making a mockery of the sport and the government needs to step in.

Block this fight Bob!! Force him to fight Golovkin for being an ungrateful little bastard. We are counting on you Bob. You made him into a star and he repays you by being shady. All that energy and money spent on building him as a product just to have him leave like a little bish and have someone else make money off what YOU built!!

Make him suffer before he goes, punish him. Force him to fight Gennady or pull out the old school mobster tricks. Intimidate and threaten him.

Can' wait for Burns to talk about how strong he'll be at 135

"I believe that the move up in weight will really benefit me," Burns said. "The lightweight limit [of 135 pounds] was proving tougher to make in my last few fights so that's now behind me and I can concentrate on working on my boxing in the gym with [trainer] Tony Sims," Burns said. "It has been a tough year following the Raymundo Beltran fight but I'm feeling great in the gym and the fire and desire is still there to achieve big things. I'm looking to show in Leeds that I've still got the goods to challenge for major belts and ultimately, win another world title."
