In my opinion Tony Weekes is one of the best referees today. He called Maidana- Mayweather 1 straight down the middle let both fight their fight. This drew Floyd's ire. He was used to referees protecting him like Joe Cortez against Hatton. So for the rematch with Maidana Floyd hired Cortez II in Kenny Bayless. I had always rated Bayless as a referee until his blatantly bias performance protecting Floyd in the rematch. Bayless career was tarnished by this performance Whether it was $$$ or pressure who knows but it has certainly affected his credibility

i wonder if tony weeks would ever call a foul. i mean we all saw garcia-matthysse where he headbutted, low blowed, clinched, and even knocked mattysse down on a foul without anything being done...well that is until the last minute of the fight when he had the fight wrapped up then he took a point lol. he only becomes a ref when the a-side fighter has certain victory locked up. he's a useless cu-nt.
