Are constant injuries a side effect of steroid use?

Just asking before the Joshua wank brigade starts attacking me

Not really, heavily muscled, explosive guys do injure easy.

Looking at his physique I'd say he lifts heavy weights too, all contributes.

Strangest suggestion i've heard for a long time.
I'm guessing he means for him to follow the Fury/Price and generally preferred route of English title, British title, Commonwealth title, European title before going for world honours. This I can agree with to a certain extent of as it brings a fighter steadily up the ranks as they learn.....ideal for a man like Joshua who has little amateur pedigree. Anthony is good enough to leapfrog stages but what's the hurry? I'd prefer him to move slower and gradually up rather than hit a brick wall like Price or tread water like Fury

These big stiff musclebound divvies do tend to get injured a lot.

The opposite usually, traditional steroids mean you recover much quicker. Would mean you pick up less injuries in theory. Doctors will prescribe anabolic steroids in certain cases of serious injury because it is that much quicker at helping the body heal.

There is a little bit of evidence linking steroids to increased joint injury though, so your joints don't adapt quickly enough to the increased muscle mass put on so quickly leading to more joint/ disc injuries.

Steady on son,he won a gold medal and knocked out Michael Sprott in one though doe.

In all seriousness Joshua looks a legitimate challenger at the weight, has the natural attributes, athleticism and very real power.im excited to see how his future plays out.

Hearn needs to make sure he keeps the kids feet on the ground though,I heard some comments from Hearn that will only serve to inflate the kids ego,we all know what happened to Price when he bypassed Euro level, fringe title contenders to jump straight in with Thompson.

Lol there's no way he isn't juicing! Haha clear roidhead.

Anyway Big Johnson could have been abit of a risky fight he's tall and rangey.
