that's not what the reference suggested. Goossen/Warriors wouldn't promote this show. However, they have a hold on the MGM Grand Ballroom that same evening. Therefore, if Froch-Chavez were to happen 3/28 in Vegas, Hearn & co. need to hurry the eff up to get approval on an exemption AND secure location.

And if Matthyse moves up I'd like to see him and Thurman.

OK, can someone please explain this situation to me?

If Brook is fighting on 3/28 in his hometown, then his opponent likely won't be Khan. And if he doesn't even want to fight Khan next, then why the eff did he and Hearn call Khan out? And what is their problem with Khan wanting to fight Floyd next? It doesn't add up to me.

I think if Khan doesn't get the Mayweather fight and he's up for fighting Brook then they'll scrap the entire 3/28 idea and just go straight into the Khan fight.

            They're dancing to Khan's tune.

I hope you're right. It's just weird to me that they announce this now.

Yeah but Arum won't sign off on the fight until Chavez Jr. signs an extension though... but let the media keep pretending like Arum isn't a roadblock to giving the fans fights they want to see...

Arum never said Chavez had to sign an extension. I don't get this idea that Arum should step aside if he feels he has a contract with a fighter?

Could you not also say that Chavez is stopping the fight because he won't give Top Rank one more fight?

Hope this comes off - would make the PPV good value for money.

Brook is in training for a March fight regardless, this would just make it a terrific night of boxing.
