garcia already knocked khan out. unless you're saying that haymon would block those 2 from pacquiao. if anything arum would block.khan was giving it to pac in sparring and garcia re-crack his chin.

Manny definitely has options for plan B, none of them are spectacular but there are many top ten light welterweights he can fight, along with kell brook or mike Alvarado at welterweight. He could potentially fight Mikey Garcia, Terance Crawford, or mathysse which would be very good fights and likely do good numbers. He could also fight provodnikov or Alvarado if he wins which would be decent. Of course kell brook would be a great fight, they are talking about doj g a fight in England and brook already has wembly reserved in June. It would seem Vargas is probably the Last person on the B list. The only one saying he deserves a shot is Vargas himself lol although he is a top ten light welterweight so for anyone else it would be a good fight but just because he's Manny pacquiao everyone expects him to do a super fight every time even when options are limited

Roach said that Danny Garcia priced himself out of a fight with Manny when Manny was looking for an opponent for his last fight. Haymon is the one who blocks fights not arum. Arum has been known to call out his fighters publicly when they want to duck someone like he did to Mikey Garcia when he ducked gamboa and like he did to Chavez Jr when he ducked ggg in the spring.

I really think it will be Mikey Garcia as a plan B. Think about it, he has been holding out all this time and they told him last year he could face pacquiao this year. Arum publicly said Mikey wants him to hand Mikey a fight with pacquiao. Mikey is a big draw on HBO and really should be a top ten pound for pound guy. He has dominated many top fighters.

Him or Terance Crawford would have to be the fighters he will face next year if no mayweather. Vargas just isn't a big enough name. He hasn't headlined or even co headlined an HBO card which is basically a prerequisite to fighting pacquiao. Even algieri had to beat the feared ruslan provodnikov on the headline HBO card to earn a shot. Vargas hasn't done anything like that.

Mikey Garcia and Terance Crawford the fighter of the year are already bonafied HBO stars. If mayweather falls through pacquiao would either fight Mikey Garcia ir Terance Crawford, with the one who is left out fighting Jesse Vargas and the winner or that fight fighting pacquiao in the fall.

That's the most realistic scenario if they want to do big numbers, either that or a fight with kell brook because after all arum did recently say Manny isn't moving back down to 140, however roach is still saying he could potentially. You heard all this here first lol although I do hope to god mayweather doesn't duck him so Manny can prove to the world that he is still the pound for pound champion

Pacquiao used to knock khan outin sparring with head gear and 20 oz gloves lol even Alex ariza who does nothing but bash the pacquiao camp said Manny knocked him out on his feet in sparring.

Why do you think khan always says he thinks mayweather would be the easier fight for him? Obviously because he knows pacquiao will crack his chin and mayweather is a pillow puncher. Khan doesn't lose decisions except to Lamont Peterson but he was robbed. He does have a weak chin which pacquiao would easily exploit.

Options are limited because they make them limited.

Algieri wasn't in house the only reason he has fought a lot of in house was because haymon doesn't work with arum, and all the top guys are basically either haymon or top rank fighters.

Top rank works with every promoter in boxing. He even worked with 50 cent after he stole gamboa away from top rank. He made the fight with Crawford when no other promoter wanted to work with 50. Also on the time Bradley vs Diego Chavez card, every fight featured a top rank fighter vs a fighter from other promotions. So this myth of top rank keeping everything in house is false. He keeps it in house if there are good in house fights but that's about it.

He was even trying to match Chavez Jr against ggg which Chavez ducked. He offered the coward 7 million and then 10 million his next fight lol he is such a punk that's why he had to go be protected by haymon. My point Is nobody wants to work with ggg and arum was willing to put one of his top ppv stars against him and pay him big money for it.
