He could fight De Geale, Groves, Gilberto Ramirez. Chavez Jr, or is it only a good fight if Froch wants to fight him? There's plenty of fights at 168. 175 is ****. What's left after Kovalev vs PASCAL, let me say it again PASCAL lol Aducknis? After that fight then what? that Beterbiev guy has like 6 fights.
You might want to take a second to google the issues between jay-z and al haymon so chavez, dirrell, etc are off the table. Nobody wants to see Ward fight Froch again, that's a lopsided win for Andre. Nobody wants to see Ward fight a guy in Groves who Froch who Andre beat like a teenager beating his meat to **** had on the canvas looking like a cardiac patient, de geale is another LMAO fight, gilberto ramirez lmao so what else is there honestly left. I'm not saying he should move up. My entire point is that ppl can't keep the GGG name out of the conversation when justifying Ward not moving up. As I said either move up or don't but don't sit there complaining about the word being unwilling to come to you. I could care less if he stays or moves up...i'm just tired of the whole conversation being GGG.

With that said i'm gone. Ya'll have a good day.

So you claim Ward who going in wasn't even the 3rd fave to win the super 8 tourney and single handedly cleaned out the whole super middle division easily beating all comers is afraid? He should move up not ggg, or Canelo move up to him. He should on fight night be outweighed by 20lbs by kovalev. He's scared?

If he moves up, fights Kovalev and beat him, he will be right back to the same situation he is in RIGHT NOW AT 168. At the top of 175 struggling to find MORE OPPONENTS especially considering how Stevenson is doing business lately

He will get to 175 eventually but right now I think it is potentially more action at 168 coming in the next year as others already posted in this thread so with GGG and Chavez Jr moving up likely very soon but also young fighters on the rise in that Division like DeGale, Groves, Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez, Callum Smith so 168 potentially has MORE TALENT in the near future to challenge him hopefully

Ward is 30 just entering his PRIME, why are people talking like he is close to retiring and won't ever move up to 175

Then knowing this forum, if he moves up you same idiots will say "HE IS RUNNING FOR GGG THAT IS WHY HE MOVED UP"

Ward is about as exciting in the ring as pulling up a chair to watch paint dry on a very humid summer evening! Dude grow a pair, leave Oakland for once and fight someone with a pulse! Not some weight drained Dawson dropping down, stop calling out a Middleweight in GGG cuz as you just stated and I quote "I'm not ready for 175 my body has to grow into it"! So why you want a guy who fights at 160 to jump to face you although I think that GGG would be one of the guys that could starch you also, if he makes the move up. At least GGG is more entertaining to watch and he'll fight anywhere unlike Mr. I'm the champ and I wanna fight in Oakland only so I can get a home-cooked boring ass decision. When was the last time Ward legitimately knocked someone out and spare me with Dawson's weight drained a-s-s.
When was the last time Ward got a KO and Dawson doesnt count

I undeestand your stance about GGG going up to SMW & Wards reluctance to move up to LHW, you know Team GGG just stated the other day that they want to fight ANYBODY from 154-168 right? Do you think GGG should or shouldn't fight Ward?

Yeah and Mayweather is exciting? Ward is a boxer like Mayweather not a brawler Iq up there with Floyd actually throws combos uses ring breaks down opponents doesn't have 1 punch ko power so what he is a scientist in the ring barely loses a round took on all comers didn't hand pick like Floyd give me a break he is a real practitioner of the sweet science go watch Gatti reruns God bless him

Forget Roc nation, Ward should have signed with haymon and his new stable. They already have 3 of the biggest ducks in boxing(Floyd,Stevenson, Quillen) and they sure know how to take care of the cowards in the sport.

Right now his biggest challenges are at 175 in Kovalev and Stevenson. He's already beat anyone in his division worth beating, the rest of the guys you mentioned are fairly green and need some time to establish themselves. No need to prolong a potential clash between Ward and the Champs at 175. Moving up in weight doesn't mean he won't be able to fight guys like DeGale, Ramirez, or Smith later down the road when they become top fighters.

The bold is a weak argument as to why he shouldn't move up. Moving up and beating Kovalev would make him the top dog at 168 and 175 simultaneously. Campaigning at two weight classes only increases his potential opponents and get him out of the "situation" you're referring to.

                    Unique

Ward is the 1st fighter I ever seen be criticized for being too good at his weight. For beating everyone the whole division at his weight and now after a long layoff will fight anyone else at his weight. That is a scared person? You don't even mention catch weights he should just give up 20lbs only Floyd cherry picks fighters and weights

Of course it doesn't make sense right now, Kovalev is there. Once Kovalev leaves or diminishes, then it will make sense.
