Roach said something else here . http://www.espn.co.uk/boxing/sport/story/61329.html

Guerrero? Khan offered him the fight and he refused to take it.

When did Khan duck Thurman lol?

Collazo has more punching power than Bradley and Algeri combined

      and Rios? pffff.
Khan has not faced one hard-punching fighter without being in serious trouble in the fight... Don't even compare Khan's resume to Manny's...

Khan has fought two light-punching softies...before that he couldn't even handle Julio Diaz's power..he got rocked Lamont Peterson, KOed by Garcia... was hurt so bad and ran all night against Maidana... just stop it.. Khan is the perfect example of a hype job...I'm sure he'll land the Floyd fight.. Floyd has a history of fighting guys coming off of overhyped wins...

So you believe what Roach said in one interview but not the other? LOL?

Yes, if Khan could wear head gear in his fights with Manny or Floyd, I'd say he has a shot to win...but unfortunately for Khan, he has a glass jaw and Manny especially would KO him... Floyd would as well...

He'd go out Ricky Hatton style...

Ok and Manny was KO'ed by Medgoen Singsurat, Rustico Torrecampo.

Lost to Bradley, Ko'ed by Marquez.

          Has 2 draws.

Whats your point? Is Manny a hype job too?

Why do you think Roach doesn't want Manny to fight Khan, when previously he went on record to say that Khan beat the crap out of Manny in sparrings and they had to find a different Sparring partner for Manny cause Manny was taking too many beatings at the hands of Khan??

Whats the easier fight for Manny? Garcia or Khan? Style wise?

Went life and death with diaz, but won, that decision with peterson can be argued i personaly thought khan won, but that's my opinion...if peterson was truly a better fighter the same outcome would have happened the second time around, but it didn't. So what does that tell you and that no peek lucky punch that garcia landed did him in...garcia a guy that thought he was gonna go back home to puerto rico and make a statement only to get his ass kicked by herrera...as far as prescott amir did lose that fight....and they will duck amir khan

You guys have to remember Khan was in training when they sparred. Pacquiao doesn't train when hes not fighting. I remember Roach talking about Manny being rusty in the beginning of training camps. Manny does things like play basketball when he's not fighting. Imagine Khan coming to spar Manny in the middle of one of Manny's training camps and Khan is rusty.
People just fail to take these things under consideration.
Also consider that in sparring sessions, fighters use head gears. Khan has a glass jaw. He goes down in 6 rounds against Pac.

Yes, Manny was KOed by two low blows in two fights 100 years ago.... great point...

Roach himself, in this very interview quoted in this article says, the fight is interesting and that Khan would take the early rounds and Pac the late rounds. He is openly saying that Garcia is a better fight because he would be easier for Pac to hit. Sounds a lot like he does not want Pac to fight Khan because he thinks Pac would lose.

It's just common sense. With Khans speeds, his incredible range boxing, ability to move away with his feet, and the tactics he has been displaying with Hunter, he could pretty much beat anyone at WW. Every expert and pundit has said so, because its just obvious.

I think Khan would legit beat Pac right now.

I think Khan has a better chance of defeating anyone who doesn't have threatening punching power... So yes, he has a better chance of beating Floyd than Manny but Floyd can punch better and harder than people think...

Khan would dominate Tim Bradley the same way Pac did twice...

Khan is better off facing guys like Brook, the Ghost, Peterson and Floyd (although these guys could knock him out with the right punch) rather than Thurman, Pacquiao, Garcia and Maidana...Lucas M. etc...

Khan is a fighter who cannot handle punching power..simple as that.. he's great with head gear on (e.g. Olympic style fighting)...

LOl, every fighter in the history of boxing is a bum if you comb over their opponents and say, " Doesn't hit hard enough! Coming off a lose! Weight drained! Cab Driver!"

Funny how Alexander, a champion at two weight classes is a bum now. You can be guaranteed if Khan had beaten Garcia, he'd be a bum too.

The Alexander win is a major feather in the cap, and a very classy win indeed. Even professional hater Roger Mayweather is impressed with Khan. I agree with Roger.
