"I'm going to defend my belt; I'm a super middleweight." Not lighter - not heavier. So, is Andre ducking GGG or Kovalev? Well, if you use the logic of many of Andre's fans critical of GGG not fighting at super middleweight, he is. I'm not, but that's me. What about you? P.S., Andre, It's good for boxing that you are back. Please seek out Muhammad Ali for advice on returning after an extended ring absence - you might just avoid the most significant defeat of your career.

He is the man to beat at 168. So staying at that weight means he is ducking ppl. They will offer him a lot of money when the time is right he is going to make a move. They are prize fighters and they fight for money.

But if he has no fights at 68', why not move up to fight Kovalev...he can still go back down can't he?

What I got from this interview is that A-Ward is going to be fighting the Rodriguez's of the world for the next year or so and hope he lands a fight with someone with a name. People will say he's the best lb for lb based on old fights and undefeated record...sound familiar?

All I got from this interview was: "I'm afraid to move up to fight Kovalev". "I'm going to try to get a MW to move up to 168 and fight me in Cali"

Well I guess that rules out a CW fight with middleweight GGG. Ward stans will still claim that Golovkin is ducking doe.
