He rejected it because he would have been Jay Z's slave for 5 years. Fighting 4x times a year. That's 20 brutal health ending fights. Jay Z would probably force Broner to go up against a literal gauntlet of hard punchers and than force him to move up to 154 and maybe even 160 against GGG. It's not even cowardly to refuse at being a slave.
