    So Roc Nation Just Had Their First Official Boxing Card, What Did Yall Think?

    I seen it and I thought all the rapping etc was a lil excessive but that just me, doesn't really bother me but I did like the fact he brought out alot of stars, cause you bring in the celebrites the sheeps/americans will follow blindly, all he needs is to get kim khardashian to show up and its a wrap boxing back in the mainstream like never before.

    What was yall opinion of the card as whole/event not just the boxing? the boxing was eh imo nothing great but Roc Nation doesnt really have a solid stable yet to pull on GREAT show just yet.

      I thought it was good considering it's the first card. On par with Showbox and regular Fox 1 cards. Jake Gyllenhaal showed up. Not bad.

                  I live 15 minutes away from NYC. The path train literally drops me off at MSG, I wish I was there.

                  Looked like so much fun.

                  Watching on TV; I didn't mind the music performance, just cut it to 1 or 2 songs.

                  Other than that, good for the first card.

                      black ring - terrible
                      showing the dj - terrible
                      Fabolous - busted ass
                      Fabolous dressed to pimp eskimo women - terrible
                      3+ songs - 2 1/2 too many

                                      The rapping is okay, but cut it to one song (instead of 4) and make it a hit track that everyone knows.

                                      Black ring doesn't look good, gave everything a dark shadowy feel, not really cool.

                                      Let's see if Roc Nation learn from it. If they don't, they won't survive.
