Jennings would've been one of Wlad's easier opponents. Briggs isn't an acceptable replacement however.Comment

How do you know?.
It's not a rhetorical question, I really wonder.
I know the HW division is not the deepest, but Wach and Pianeta were not exactly the best available. Leapai was a mandatory so it's excusable, but I don't see Wlad being so concerned about having big fights.
I remember it took him ages to sign the Haye and Povektin fights, I know he wasn't ducking, but he seemed to want all the advantages he could get before actually signing. Pretty much the same as any popular boxer in the sport.Comment

the wach and pianeta fights weren't on HBO. that's the difference. now that wlad has a contract with HBO, K2 is gonna have too find him some suitable opponents.
no Jennings. no Brooklyn fight.
wlad vs fury in the uk.
then in the fall he can unify with the wilder/stiverne winner in America
and you got your facts mixed up. povetkin waited 3 yrs too enforce his mandatory status against wlad. and haye pulled out on wlad and vitali before he finally found some balls too eventually fight wlad.Comment
