This fight will be fireworks while it lasts but Froch will never be hurt and its basically a meaningless fight when Froch does get the win.. and in years to come Groves isn't going to look like a good name on his record... people will slander Froch for an easy out and always have Calzaghe higher on ATG list than him but whatever

Beating Golovkin wouldn't necessarily have him surpass Calzaghe. GGG has no record at 168, and many still think he's a hype-job waiting to be exposed at 160. If Froch stopped him it would be looked upon as a guy stepping outside his weight class.

The 168lb fight that could elevate him above Calzaghe is beating Ward, that's the big one legacy-wise without stepping up to light-heavy.
