Money split has nothing to do with winning fights, it's about who can put the most asses in the most seats. If Pacquiao beat Khan and the fight does 1 million ppv buys or more, then yeah he deserves a 40-60 or even a 50-50 split, but if he fought khan but the fight made 300-400k ppv buys, then he definitely doesn't deserve a 50-50 or even a 40-60 split. This is unfortunately how boxing works nowadays.
Bannedkhan puts Pacquiao back at 50/50 split status with the money versus Floyd

That's true it could do, because Khan vs Pacquiao is a 50/50 fight too - it's really the same odds as Pac vs Floyd or Khan vs Floyd if you think about it - those 3 fighters are at the top of 147, plus probably Brook is too.
What I mean by that is that those fighters seem good enough to be able to beat each other, with Floyd just having the slight edge over everyone.Comment

This has never been about money, its been about fear. Both have been ducking and dodging each other like cowards. It wasn't until very recently that Manny has been calling him out, probably because he has debt to pay off.Comment

Floyd should be the one begging for 50/50, not Pacquiao
Pac is as big if not a bigger draw in america than Floyd is and overseas its not even close
Pacquiao is a international superstar, Floyd isn't even the biggest name in his own city.
Pacquiao said he would do 60/40 which is more than generous. Asking for 1 penny more than that is a clear duck.Comment

I don't think Manny would ever get remotely close to a 50/50 split if he fought Floyd.
Floyd's ego would just make it impossible.
Any mega fight has it's A side, and like it or not it will always be Floyd.
60/40 would be the best Manny could hope for, and I don't beleive he should take a dime less than that.
But Floyd will likely offer him 10% and a TMT Cap and say Manny ducked him when he refused...
Beating Khan adds nothing at all regardless.Comment
