What are the offical rules if someone craps themselves mid fight?

Like in the UFC there was a fight between Arlovski and Tim Silvia and Tim got punched so hard in the guts that it forced some crap out of his sphincter and into his pants. Google it if you don't believe me.

What would happen if this happened?

Would you be able to leave the ring and clean yourself up mid fight?

Would you be have to keep fighting against a crappy stinky fighter who had just soiled himself?
