Maidana is really over hyped. He had one big win on his resume against broner who literally skipped the light welter division and went full welterweight against maidana. Of course Maidana beat the overhyped broner who never fought within 12 lbs of that weight before. Now somehow its a good fight for Floyd lol and people call that a good fight while algieri gets knocked down twice in the first round and has his eye swollen completely shut and then proceeds to win the next 9 out of 11 rounds and wins the fight easy and people call that a cherry pick for manny.
Floyd has always picked overhyped opponents who are just coming off a single good win when the rest of their career they have gotten beaten soundly by B level competition. He did this with guerrero, maidana, Ortiz, that seems to be his routine lately which is why im surprised hes acting like he wants pacquiao when normally he would be desperately trying to get a khan fight done or some other overhyped b class fighter.
He calls himself the best ever yet he hasn't beaten a single all time great in their prime. The only legends hes beaten were de la hoya who was at the end of his career and had been beaten a bunch of times recently, and that's really it unless you want to consider cotto a legend but pacquiao had already beaten the snot out of him in the first fight he lost without the opponent using illegal handwraps. Oh and Marquez who came all the way up from lightweight to welterweight for the first time ever and looked flabby. Pacquiao beat prime barrera 2/2, prime morales 2/3, prime marquez 3/4 (2/2 in his prime) and pime Cotto. Mayweather hasn't beaten a single prime legend at their best and look how many times pacquiao has done it, its no comparison because the best wins of mayweather were against way past prime fighters who pacquiao had also beaten past their prime or in the case of cotto and marquez were actually in their prime lol the records speak for themselves its not even a comparison manny has the best record hands down of anyone in the sport, maybe in the history of the sport by the time its all said and done. Remember hes 2 years younger than Floyd and in better shape and already has the more impressive resume by a lot.
I have to add that Mayweather always picks guys who come straight to him. Maidana, Guerrero, Alvarez, Corrales, Ortiz...all come straight at him as Marquez did and all are tailor made for him.
Pacquiao has faced boxers(Algieri, Bradley, De La Hoya), pressure fighters(Hatton,Barrera, Morales), sluggers(Rios), boxer-punchers(Cotto, Mosley) and counter-punchers(Marquez). He truly will fight any style, anywhere, anytime.

Garcia eatin to many damn peanuts if he thinks they can get Pac next. Maidana is coming off back to back losses while Pac is coming off back to back impressive victories. This fight makes zero sense and Garcia is clearly just chasing money instead of trying to help build Maidana back up.
