I like this fight for a few reasons:

    1) JR actually fights someone his own size.
    2) Froch/JR fighting style should provide an exciting bout while it lasts.
    3) Chavez can crawl back into his hole once the Cobra is done whipping his lazy a**

Here's to hoping Bob takes a fee and let's Jr off the hook.

This will never happen imo, in fact I can see the cogs turning in Eddie's mind....

Try to make a fight with Chavez, knowing full well he's in contractual hell
        The fight doesn't happen
Then heavily push the DeGale fight to Froch

        Easy money

I am not convinced that Arum actually has a pending lawsuit against Chavez. Arum claims he does, but, considering his history of lying, that may not be the case. I think Chavez really is a free agent and Arum is blowing smoke up boxing fans ass with his lawsuit and claim that Jr. owes him another fight.

If Chavez Jr. really did owe Arum another fight, Arum would be raising all kinds of hell about this situation and would have already filed a lawsuit against Haymon and Hearn for interfering with his promotional rights. Arum has been too damn quiet about this situation for me to believe that he actually has a legitimate contract with Jr.

I think that, once the fight is agreed upon between Chavez Jr. and Froch, Arum will come out with a statement claiming that he has decided to let Chavez Jr. out of his contract and has dropped the lawsuit. In reality, Arum never had a pending lawsuit against Chavez Jr.

Jr hasn't fought in close to a year. I'd say there's something going on behind the scenes.

                Discussing possible dates?
Even talks with GGG went better than that. Everything between teams were agreed. It went to the stage where Chavez Jr. was holding pen to sign contract, but was unable to do it, due to his hand sweating and trembling uncontrollably.
