Dudes biggest win over a truly elite opponent was Pacquiao and that was a very bad decision. He beat an old Marquez and that is all of his top opponents, we know he'd get outpointed easily by Mayweather.
He doesn't even hold a title at the moment, there are fighters below him in the rankings who holds multiple titles.Comment

Because he has one of the best résumés in the sport today -- easily HOF if he retired today and his only official loss is to an ATG .
Also Tim has displayed an extraordinarily diverse skill set over the course of his career, taking on a vast array of stylistic challenges and proving that he can deal with any of them competently
