1 month ago Pacquiao said that. You can't say you're OK with it and then decide to move the goalposts when the offer comes.

You can do plenty when you're negotiating, but what you absolutely cannot do(unless you are happy to be known as the biggest coward the sporting world has ever seen) is walk away from the biggest purse in sporting history to go fight for half the amount and blame the other guy.
