You sign a good faith contract offer and send it to Pacquiao; that's how it's always done. You don't spit and spew into a microphone to send the illusion you're trying to make the fight happen. You price yourself out to get $100M+, and offer Pacquiao $10M, that's Floyd's way of saying he still doesn't want to risk fighting Manny because nobody accepts that split. If he says it absolutely has to happen on SHO only, that too is Floyd's way of saying he doesn't want the fight to happen because he knows Manny is under contract with HBO, and talks have been all along that SHO & HBO would co-promote like they did for the Lewis-Tyson fight.

Floyd needs to cut the ****, and either sign a contract that makes sense to both fighters, or go phukk himself. Everyone is growing tired of Floyd including SHO who is taking it in the shorts over committing to $200M and since the Canelo fight, Floyd's PPV have been crash landing. With the way people tune in specifically to watch the commercials, forget the halftime show. The NFL doesnt sell the halftime show anymore (after janets boob) they retain artistic control of it now.
