I can't see Golovkin beating Froch. Would be a great fight though.

I respect both, but I give GGG the edge, probably a close but UD

You should learn from your first mistake.

Golovkin should and would be favored. I'd roll with Froch by decision because he's my guy.

            It would be that.

Yeah depends on how Golovkin carries power at 168.

I still don't see this lasting through 12 either way.

Why? He's the smaller guy and has faced inferior opposition.

One thing's for sure - it'd be a fantastic fight - this has been one of my perfect matchups ever since GGG started showing just how dominant he is at 160.

It'd be a case of the irresitable force versus the immovable object: - the rising tide of GGGs pressure against the Granite cliffs of Frochs resilience. Furthermore despite Frochs greater height and reach the guys now come to the ring fairly closely matched in weight.

I've picked GGG by UD but this could genuinely go either way, especially with the big unknown which is how Golovkin matches at the higher weight. My suspiscion is that Golovkin is just the more skilled boxer, but then we've seen before that skill alone isn't necessarily enough to beat that the tough and relentless Cobra.

Either way, a must see fight.

Froch vs GGG is the best fight that can be made in boxing imo.

Better fundamentals, fresher, at least as hard a puncher, seems quicker, and the hype around him will definitely have him as the favorite.

                      Very much agreed.
