    According to the Associated Press, one of two men suspected in the 2013 beating death of 17-year-old amateur boxer Alexis Urbina-Ochoa has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Maricopa County prosecutors, in Phoenix, say 24-year-old Joseph Jesse Corrales entered his plea Monday. Urbina won a USA Youth Boxing National title in 2013 and was training for the 2016 Olympics

      gang-related murders should be one and done death penalty, period. i'm not a fan of capital punishment but this is the one situation where I'm strongly for it.

              Cowards

              My son (who grew up boxing together with Alexis) and my family knew this kid personally. He was a great kid, ferocious competitor, polite kid and very respectful. It's a shame to have such a promising young life taken for some material items that weren't worth much. These guys need to stay behind bars for their remaining meaningless life and I hope this haunts them until they die. They took a great kid from all of us here in Phoenix. I see the hurt it has caused his family and it tears me up to see them with that heavy heavy burden...
