Do you realize that boxing in the US is a sport regulated by government en******, the state athletic comissions? The NSAC would not sanction a fight, if they would not get the test results from USADA. Plain and simple. By the way: If some athlete would be tested positive and the fight would go on because USADA would not report, that would have a major possibility of a lawsuit. Against the athlete tested positive and USADA.

Personally I believe all boxers are using some sort of substance.
It might not be illegal yet, or it use to be legal then it because illegal, but I believe every boxer including the top guy Floyd Mayweather have used some sort of substance.
