Comments Thread For: Chavez Jr. Hopes For Mayweather vs. Cotto Rematch

Former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. has told his social network followers that he'd love to watch two possible fights in 2015 - a rematch between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Miguel Cotto and a junior middleweight fight between Manny Pacquiao and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

    Pac-Canelo at '54? Junior's trolling.

I been kinda aching for Pac/Canelo too on the low I ain't gon lie.

I remember Manny used to be on Floyd's tail beating the same fighters he beat but in more dramatic fashion.
Would love to see Pacquio face Saul and Maidana.

... It's funny that Chavez Jr. doesn't love to see a fight with himself in it...

Delahoya said a while ago Canelo told him he wants to fight Pacquiao so I'm assuming Canelo is willing to come down a few lbs like he did with Floyd.

If duckweather does what we all expect and pulls the ultimate duck move and rematches cotto, watch how fast the may date turns into cinco de mannelo.

There's no way ShowTime would put mayweather cotto head to head against pacquiao canelo. They just couldn't compete. Say goodbye to your may date duckweather
