"the best thing for Pacquiao to do is be quiet before he really gets exposed and I tell some things that he don't want me to tell. One thing that I really want to say while I'm on this phone, a lot of things that I talked about in the past, I was 100% right..."

Let Floyd bring Pac to court this time, what's keeping him?

Floyd would just say, no not at all I did not say that, don't put words into my mouth.

You do realize that the only reason a settlement was made is because Mayweather would have lost the case. You can hold onto that as a victory if you'd like....

until you realize that the only reason Mayweather would have lost the case is because there was no proof, and there was no proof because PACQUIAO REFUSED TO TAKE THE DRUG TESTS.

He never failed a test because he wouldn't take random blood tests up to 2 WEEKS before a damn fight. C'mon, son.

you do realize that only genius people pay settlement because they would win the case right?

and you do realize that also only genius people accuse anybody of something without evidence or proof right?

and you do realize that Pac agreed to 14 days cut off only for Floyd to change the goal post again to until the day of the fight where Pac made a concession that they can get all the blood they want right after the final bell rings and right on top of the square circle if they want.
        come on grandpa

Both sides agreed to enter into mediation on January 7, 2010, in hopes of coming to an agreement on the blood testing issue. Retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein, who successfully resolved a prior dispute between Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, would again act as mediator. Two days later, after hours of negotiating during mediation, Arum declared that the fight was officially off after Mayweather refused to agree to a 24-day cut-off date. Mayweather revealed that he offered a 14-day cut-off date to Team Pacquiao, but it was rejected.

                      This is very simple.

Two fighters working, to some degree at least, with Ariza.

One agreed to full random blood testing while working with Ariza.

The other refused full random blood testing while working with Ariza.

                      Pacroaches are getting desperate.

ps. Rath, don't think I didn't notice how you tucked tail and ran away from this thread like a coward.

My work is done here...but by all means, keep trying Pacroaches. I'm sure you'll come up with some other outlandish bs tomorrow....and the next day... It's pathetic.
