I never understood why people do that. As if you would be expected to dis your boy. Fook it! I'm going to say it anyway. Prime Cotto vs prime Khan @147, Cotto would stop Khan. Khan would definitely get some good shots in though.

the cotto who fought clottey will bully khan. even the pac version at 145 would beat khan. Cotto is good at handling speedy opponents, except pac because he was all over the place. Khan doesnt have the angles to do it like that, or the defence of floyd, somewhere along the way, cotto would land something big. Thats just me ofcourse and i hate khan.
